Testament Apparel was created by a woman named Terry Perlman, with 15 years of experience as a manufacturer, and a passion for collecting beautiful patterns and fabrics.

An unapologetic girlie-girl and lover of all things feminine and classically beautiful, she
was having trouble finding those unique separates that could stand out from the fray
and yet be integrated into a modern wardrobe with a certain ease. Pieces that made you
feel instantly pretty, could travel well and wash beautifully. So in 2007, she decided to
create them in a special line for girls of all ages and call it "Testament."

Starting with original fabrics inspired by vintage french wallpaper patterns and designs
that flowed as well as flattered, within months Testament Apparel was being worn by many
Hollywood A-listers, and women from LA to Paris. The original burnout prints have
evolved into more distinctive novelty fabrics, including silks, trims, chiffons, stripes,
embroideries and beautiful washes.

Testament Apparel continues to surprise with the many ways we can look and feel pretty.
